Who we are

Founded by husband-and-wife team Shannon & Drew Mauro The Coastal Oyster Co. was created from a shared love for great food, beautiful gatherings, and the art of hospitality.

Our journey began in the wedding and event industry with our bartending buisness, where we fell in love with the energy of celebrations and the joy of helping people create unforgettable moments. Wanting to bring something fresh, elegant, and truly unique to our clients, we expanded our services to bring the Central Coast a luxary seafood catering & raw bar.

With Shannon’s background in culinary school, we bring a chef’s attention to detail and commitment to sourcing the freshest, locally harvested seafood. From oysters, lobster, shrimp and crab cocktail, caviar, ceviche, and house-made sauces, every menu is curated to deliver a high end coastal experience that’s as refined as it is memorable.

At The Coastal Oyster Co. we believe that great food brings people together- and we’re honored to be part of life’s most meaningful celebrations, one shuck at a time.
